The Warfield Renewal Toolkit
Stop renewing at whatever price the vendor sends.
A free, printable toolkit for CFOs, controllers and owners at small and mid-size companies with no procurement team. Eight pages. Six tools you can use on your next renewal.
Most renewals aren't lost on renewal day. They're lost on the notice date nobody wrote down.

What's inside
- Find your real deadline. The one bit of math that decides whether you get to negotiate at all: term end date minus notice days.
- The renewal countdown checklist. What to do at 120, 90, 60 and 30 days before your notice deadline, and after you sign.
- The one-page renewal tracker. Nine columns, one row per contract, sorted by the date that actually matters.
- 10 red flags in a renewal quote. Uncapped increases, seats nobody uses, surprise add-ons, AI features with no AI terms, and more.
- Questions to ask your vendor rep. Nine questions that change the conversation before you get on a call.
- The pushback email. Fill in the blanks and send it.
Why I made it
I'm Meredith Warfield. I've spent 20+ years in procurement and contracts at Halliburton, WSP, Tailored Brands and CDW. For my last four years at CDW, I was the only person working software renewals: 250+ of them a year, with $2M+ in validated savings in a single year.
Big companies don't get better prices because they're big. They get better prices because somebody owns the calendar, reads the quote and asks the questions. This toolkit is that somebody, boiled down to eight pages you can run yourself. It works for software, insurance, telecom, logistics, facilities: anything that renews.

We don't sell procurement. We find the money leaking out of your vendor contracts, fix it, and keep it from coming back. That's The Warfield Vendor Reset: Find. Fix. Keep.
